Spread across 37 acres with 60,000+ trees in Rasegaon, Nashik, near Mumbai, stands SEPL's cutting-edge multi-product manufacturing facility with a robust production capacity of 10,000 metric tons of Technicals per annum. Our portfolio encompasses the precision manufacturing of technical grade Profenofos, Propiconazole, Ethion, Tebuconazole, Difenoconazole, and Pymetrozine.
Within this comprehensive facility, the company houses 4 Technical Units for production with Zero Liquid Discharge, an advanced Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), a STP, an Alcohol Drying Unit, a cutting-edge Pilot Plant, and a modern, well-equipped Quality Control Laboratory with pioneering research capabilities. Central to our operational ethos is an unwavering focus on safety and quality.
Additionally, our company maintains a leased unit in Gujarat, which further augments our capacity for formulation activities. This extensive infrastructure equips us for the production of pesticides, diverse intermediates, and custom synthesis, in line with our strategic aspiration to introduce 3-4 new molecules in the coming years.
